Bishop Lawrence E. BrandtAll Saints Regional School is a regional, community-based elementary school that operates under the jurisdiction of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Greensburg.  Both the school and the diocese are organized as charitable trusts under the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The bishop of the Diocese of Greensburg is the spiritual leader and trustee for both the school and the diocese.  The superintendent of the diocesan Office for Catholic Schools is the chief administrative officer for the schools that operate under the jurisdiction of the diocese.

The principal is the chief administrative officer for All Saints Regional School.  He is responsible for all aspects of the educational program and for the day-to-day management of the school.

A Board of Trust Administrators provides direction and guidance to the principal.  The bishop appoints all members of the Board of Trust Administrators. The pastors of All Saints Parish (Masontown), Our Lady of Perpetual Help, St. Mary Parish (Leckrone), Holy Rosary Parish (Republic), St. Thomas Parish (Footedale) and St. Procopius Parish (New Salem) are current members of the board.

A School Advisory Council advises the principal and the Board of Trust Administrators regarding school policies, programs, activities and finances.  The bishop appoints all members of the School Advisory Council.
