Basketball

 

Students at All Saints Regional School are provided with an opportunity to participate in one of three basketball programs. A description of the basketball programs is provided below.

 

Girls/Boys Basketball (Grades K-3)

 

A co-educational basketball program is provided for students enrolled in kindergarten through fourth grade. This program is provided through our school’s participation in the Fayette County Church Basketball League. 

 

This co-educational basketball program is divided into two age groups. The two age groups include kindergarten through second grade, and third through fourth grade. The basketball season for this co-ed program starts in November and ends in March. All games are played at Penn State Fayette Campus.

 

Girls Basketball (Grades 4-6)

 

A basketball program is provided for girls enrolled in fourth through sixth grade. This program is provided through our school’s participation in the Catholic Youth Organization of the Diocese of Greensburg (CYO). 

 

The girls’ basketball season starts in September and ends in November. All home games are played at the Albert Gallatin South Middle School gymnasium.

 

The girls’ basketball team at All Saints Regional School won their division championship in 2008.

 

Boys Basketball (Grades 4-6)

 

A basketball program is provided for boys enrolled in fourth through sixth grade. This program is provided through our school’s participation in the Catholic Youth Organization of the Diocese of Greensburg (CYO).

 

The boys’ basketball season starts in December and ends in March.  All home games are played at the Albert Gallatin South Middle School gymnasium.
