Statement of Faith

The teachings of Jesus Christ and the traditions and values of the Catholic Church serve as the cornerstone of the educational program at All Saints Regional School.  This statement of faith is the central feature of our cornerstone.

V  We believe in the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments as inspired by God, inerrant in the original writings, and the supreme authority for faith and life.

V  We believe in one God existing in three persons --- Father, Son and Holy Spirit, coequal and eternal.

V  We believe that man was created by God and bears his image, that he sinned against God’s law and thereby incurred physical and spiritual death.

V  We believe all human beings are born with a sinful nature and are in need of the savior Jesus Christ for God’s reconciliation with them.

V  We believe that Jesus Christ was begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, and is true God and true man.

V  We believe in the resurrection of the crucified body of Jesus Christ, his ascension into heaven, and in his personal and visible return to this earth.

V  We believe that all who receive the Lord Jesus Christ by faith are born again of the Holy Spirit; progressively become more Christ like in thought, word, and action; and are eternally secure.
